Job Description
Role & Responsibility :
1) Maintain Supplier database (Address, contact detail and payment terms)
2) Process Purchase requisition after approval of authorised personnel.
3) Float Inquires and prepare evaluation sheet from obtained quotations.
4) Handle Vendor Management process (Vendor Creation and Vendor Maintenance)
5) Coordinate with vendors for order acceptance, expedite orders and track for timely delivery.
6) Coordinate with Concerned team for feedback of goods received and take corrective action if needed.
7) Ensure timely delivery of the required material at site.
8) Prepare Purchase Order after the approval from Approving Authority
Skills:
• Good Communication Skills
• Graduate in any discipline
