Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role at Russian Seasons Deluxe-Hotel located in Rajkot. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, assisting guests, coordinating with the hotel staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry

• Experience in a similar role is a plus

• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
