The Role

Work alongside esteemed partners and leave your mark on Brisbane’s skyline. With numerous government infrastructure projects in motion, now is the ideal time to become part of this dynamic Brisbane Real Estate team. Clients include major commercial entities and state and local government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in significant property projects and transactions

Participate in capital transactions for institutional clients

Contribute to social and affordable housing initiatives

Work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects

Support transport projects aimed at enhancing rail and road networks

Involve in various infrastructure projects

Handle major commercial, industrial, and head office leasing matters

Skills & Experience:

Broad property experience across various matters

Minimum 3 years’ PQE as a lawyer, with a background in private practice or in-house roles (Lawyers up to Senior Associate level are welcome to apply).

Experience with government clients is a plus but not required

Strong academic credentials and excellent client-facing skills

Capability to manage client expectations and deliverables independently

Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and coaching junior lawyers

Capacity to challenge the norm and a solid understanding of key real estate principles

Proficient in written and verbal communication

Strong time management and project management skills

Team player with the ability to contribute to a positive team culture

Resilient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a focus on exceptional client service.
