In this unique role, you will be expertise as talent acquisition professional.
Role Responsibilities
Being a Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for end to end hiring process of roles across different IT skills.
You will have a good understanding of candidate attractions, including sourcing tools, and different job boards.
You are used to working closely with candidates with a track record in building relationships and a strong focus on the candidates' experience through face to face, phone, and email contact.
Role Requirements
Education or equivalent skills are required with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
Experience of in-house recruitment systems and will have a good understanding of MS office.
Experience of working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA focused environment.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
