Associate Relationship Manager- Financial Institution Group (FIG)
Customer Engagement
• Connect with banking sector clients through cold calling and regular client visits to seek liability business with specific focus on Co-operative Banks.
• Ensure KYC compliance and active customer support with focus on customer delight. specific understanding of KYC norms as it relates to KYC of Banks such as small finance banks, co-operative banks etc is a must
• Work with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Audit, Compliance, Operations to ensure good client relationship and adherence to bank compliances.
Specific understanding of Banking sector and related regulations is a must
Financial Performance
a) Prepare CAMs for fresh Sanction as well as Periodic Review on the basis of Fundamental analysis of the clients in the banking industry
b) Prepare Regular MIS for monitoring the business and prepare presentations for senior management
Operational Excellence
a) Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures of the bank
b) Ensure adherence to banks compliances / standards
c) Ensure regular monitoring of portfolio"
Educational Qualifications : CA / CFA charterholder (no level 1,2 etc) or MBA from top 10 institute only
Experience (Min to Max) : 2-6 Years
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years of FI credit risk experience. Ideally in a bank or a rating agency or a KPO of repute
• Presentable with good communication skills
