Customer Engagement
• Connect with banking sector clients through cold calling and regular client visits to seek liability business with specific focus on Co-operative Banks.
• Ensure KYC compliance and active customer support with focus on customer delight. specific understanding of KYC norms as it relates to KYC of Banks such as small finance banks, co-operative banks etc is a must
• Work with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Audit, Compliance, Operations to ensure good client relationship and adherence to bank compliances. Specific understanding of Banking sector and related regulations is a must.
Financial Performance
• Prepare CAMs for fresh Sanction as well as Periodic Review on the basis of Fundamental analysis of the clients in the banking industry
• Prepare Regular MIS for monitoring the business and prepare presentations for senior management
Operational Excellence
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures of the bank
• Ensure adherence to banks compliances / standards
• Ensure regular monitoring of portfolio
