Role/Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager-Personal Loan
Function/Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose
To Start Personal Loan in Rural Market and service and source the product.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identifying Business owners / entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and identifying / assessing their business loan needs.
• Map out prospects in the town to scope business potential.
• Disburse Personal loans based on needs assessment.
• Conduct end-use checks as specified post disbursal of loans.
• Achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets.
• Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements.
• Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive.
• Preparation of accurate documentation of loans.
• Coordinate with operations officer to ensure timely data entry.
• Nudge behavioural changes in customers to move towards online banking.
• Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
