Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for credit analysis and summaries of loan requests
- Assessment of lending requirements
- Financial analysis of companies including ratio check, compliance checks – Internal and External, RBI related check, CIBIL checks.
- Determining internal rating of the company and mapping to external rating as per internal policy criteria.
- Making decisions on amount of sanction, security cover stipulation, financial covenant stipulation etc.
- Ensure compliance with RBI exposure norms and guidelines.
- Preparing complete term sheet and co coordinating with post sanction departments for timely disbursements
