This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Consultant located in Salt lake Kolkata. The Associate Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in manpower recruitment or consulting services is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred
• 1 Year of Experience in sales required
