We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
• Presentation and demonstration of company products and services effectively to clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Performance Indicators:
• Revenue generated through new and existing clients.
• Client retention and satisfaction scores.
