Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer.
Location : Remote.
Shift Timing : US (Night Shift).
Employment Type : Full-time.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially CPQ implementations. This role will require working during night shifts, starting at 8 : 00 PM IST, and is open to remote candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the performance and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, and ensure integration with other business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to junior developers, if needed.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex solutions in large-scale Salesforce environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
