Roles And Responsibilities
• Renewals Quote Creation / Validation in (Oracle Sales Cloud – CPQ and ERP – R12) to support renewals sales team
• Report the status of the quotes, advise the sales team on renewals opportunities in pipeline
• Handle escalation of queries with respect to quoting ops processes and renewals programs
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales team and operations teams
• Exhibit good understanding of end-to-end sales process
• Collaborate with Pricing, IT, Deal Management, Order Management and other key stakeholders for smooth order booking
• Work with global stakeholders on renewals pipeline analysis and insights and exhibit strong customer focus
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of processes, products & service information and updates
• Track, report and maintain the daily process metrics
Qualifications And Experience
• Education Required: Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in business operations - Ideally has worked within quoting operations and/or order management within an MNC (However, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Sales Cycle and its basic requirements
• Ability to build strong relationships with Sales teams, sales managers and key stakeholders
• Self-starter and a proactive “can-do” innovative attitude with reduced supervision
• Strong written, verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Flexible and proactive approach – an enthusiastic self-starter with a good eye for detail
• Ability to solve problems and adopt frequently changing business operations processes
• Lean Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage
• Willingness to work in night shift to support global GEOs operations
Technologies
• Good understanding of Systems & Tools including CRM Tools (~SFDC, Oracle CRM), Microsoft Office, Quoting Tools such as CPQ, BMI (Big Machines), OBIEE, etc. – training to be provided if needed
• Oracle Sales Cloud/R12 hands-on experience (Any other CRM/ERP system knowledge)
• Intermediate level of understanding of Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word required
