• Collaborating with banking partners and Cashfree’s Business team for TAT reduction on terminal procurement
• Tracking daily operations and reporting
• Own and execute end-to-end merchant terminal management & update the relevant stakeholders
• Achieve TAT targets consistently
• Contribute to process improvements & automation in the best interest of the role
Must Have Skills:
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written with good vocabulary
• Must be detail/process/solution-oriented
• Should have the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent in maintaining reports & presentations on Microsoft tools
• Should be able to understand the priority alignment of the tasks at hand
• Strong inter/intrapersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with our banking partners and internal customers
