Senior Systems Administration
The Sr. Systems Administration supports the development and management of the network security systems and administration. Under general supervision, this job assists with the management, designing and testing of company networks and supports the information technology (IT) team. This job works to protect the company from unauthorized access, while also assisting in the development of backup systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Identifies and prepares the designing and implementation of secure operating networks for the company.
• Conducts processes and vulnerability assessments, malware defense assessments and other common security checks.
• Reviews the protection efforts against unauthorized access, modification or destruction of company networks.
• Provides network security access and administration help for authorized users.
• Reconciles security system problems and provides suggestions and advice for resolution.
