Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive, user-centric features and real-time dashboards using React.js.
• Build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design efficient MongoDB schemas to support various manufacturing data types: production orders, machine states, QC logs, and traceability records.
• Optimize backend performance using caching strategies and server configuration tuning.
• Implement real-time features using Socket.IO for live updates from the production floor.
• Ensure data integrity with acknowledgment systems, retries, deduplication, and event persistence.
• Manage socket connection lifecycle with secure authentication, authorization, and error handling.
• Deploy and maintain MERN stack applications on AWS, leveraging EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Optimize cloud usage for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency, following AWS best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues, including frontend, backend, database, and AWS.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and other developers to meet project goals.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code practices and industry standards.
