Associate Software Engineer
Identifying, troubleshooting and providing solution for production incidents of moderate to high complexity. Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services
• Interface/co-ordinate with L1, L3 and other technical and non-technical support groups, provide assistance and guidance as required
• Analyze and document user/application requirements
• Root cause analysis of problems/issues reported by clients/members
• Be able to communicate across multiple teams on day-to-day support operations
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
