Job Description
A C++ Software Developer position for the distributed monitoring and accounting system (Connexus) targeted for gaming regulators. This position offers challenging opportunities to develop and maintain applications and services that run on distributed sites across the regulated jurisdictions. In addition to developing core services using C++ technology there will opportunities to work on allied services and utilities using technologies like Angular, containerization using Docker, Python and Shell scripting.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop knowledge on gaming systems domain and various communication protocols.
Develop understanding of existing distributed applications and services running on Linux.
Work on adding new features and maintain applications and services.
Develop new applications, services and APIs based on the new project requirements.
Develop code as per industry standards and quality expectations.
Collaborate well with team and work as a team to achieve the goals.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Good understanding of C/C++ programming language and standard libraries.
Good understanding of coding standards and unit testing framework.
Basic understanding of any SQL database.
Readiness and ability to learn different technologies quickly and apply to work faster.
Knowledge on Web Services (SOAP) is preferable.
Understanding of agile concepts is preferable.
