Job Title: Associate Software Engineer

Summary:
We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer (backend) with knowledge of all stages of software development. This individual will work alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our NextGen SIEM 2.0 Technology product.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes all layers of the stack to design and develop enterprise applications.
Proficient in designing and developing high quality Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Work with the engineering team, project managers, QA and other team members to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and user stories.
Create unit and integration tests to fully test and regress software (JUnit, Cucumber etc)
Design and develop APIs.
Work on support tasks as a part of the site reliability engineering team on a scheduled basis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Familiar with designing and developing enterprise applications using the full stack and databases.
Familiar working in an agile development environment
Familiar working on AWS building SaaS applications.
Skills:
Core Java and Spring Boot.
Databases like MySQL or similar
Knowledge of indexing and searching platforms like Solr, Lucene or ElasticSearch
Bonus Skills: Ui skills like JavaScript, jQuery and Angular, HTML5
