Job Description
You will be part of the Information & Digital Technology (IDT) team. The IDT provides end-to-end capability for digital technology innovation through projects implementation and utilization of technical solutions. IDT also provides integrated support to the business and functions with clear and simple interfaces which ultimately delivers business value at speed.
What's your role
• Creates new APIs and update existing APIs functionality (enhancement/defect fix) on the MuleSoft Anypoint iPaaS. Unit/UAT Testing of the API integration
• Presents the changes to the ICoE MuleSoft C4E and landscape managers during the Design review, Code review, Delivery Review and Pre-CAB/CAB meetings to receive required approvals
• Creates and updates required documentation to support the release - Tech Spec Updates, Test Results, Deployment Templates etc.
• Supports the deployment of the APIs in UAT and PROD environments co-ordinate cutover related activities with deployment team, L2 Support and required source/destination teams
• Complies with Information Risk Management (IRM) standards and procedures
• Understands the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work with other team members from different time zones on complex technical issues and achieve positive results
What we need from you
We are keen to hear from individuals who have 2-4 years of total experience in software development. And primarily, someone who has at least 2 years' experience of crafting Mule 4 applications and core components (flows, connectors, and common services) using MuleSoft tooling.
• In-depth experience with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Design Center, MUnit and MuleSoft best practices
• Demonstrable knowledge of API Led and Enterprise Integration patterns
• Practical knowledge of Anypoint Platform key components (Runtime Manager and Exchange)
• Hands on experience of CI/CD & source control technologies and standards such as Git, Azure DevOps, branching strategies and code release management
• Abreast of the software engineer best practices and agile methods
• Knowledgeable with either Microsoft Biztalk or SQL Server Integration Service would be a good complement
