1. Good communication skills oral/written
2. Good Analytical skills.
3. Good Technical skills
4. Rich exposure to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
5. Strong Object-oriented concepts for software design and implementation.
6. Good knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming Language.
