Job Description:
As an Associate Junior Developer - Technology Enthusiast, you will have the opportunity to
work alongside experienced professionals and collaborate on various software development
initiatives. Your primary role will involve coding, debugging, and assisting in the implementation
of innovative solutions across multiple platforms. We value a hunger for knowledge, adaptability,

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements
and contribute to the overall software development life cycle.
● Write, debug, and test efficient, reusable, and reliable code using appropriate
programming languages and frameworks.
● Learn and adapt to new modern technologies, frameworks, and development
methodologies.
● Conduct research and participate in brainstorming sessions to identify innovative
solutions and implement best practices.
● Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure smooth operation and optimal
performance.
● Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
● Document code changes, technical specifications, and user manuals as required.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
● Strong foundation in programming concepts and experience in at least one programming
language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
● A passion for technology, continuous learning, and staying up-to-date with the latest
industry trends.
● Working with Relational Databases, Integration & Web API is a plus.
● Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical
concepts clearly.
● Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
is a plus.
● Prior experience with web development, mobile app development, or databases is
advantageous but not required.
