BMS Hyderabad is an integrated global hub where our work is focused on helping patients prevail over serious diseases by building sustainable and innovative solutions. This important science, technology, and innovation center will support a range of technology and drug development activities that will help us usher in the next wave of innovation. Position Summary This position is for an Associate Veeva CRM administrator (from offshore) who has a strong aptitude, moderate programming skills and Strong desire/capability to quickly learn new technologies. Position Responsibilities Ø Moderate hands-on experience on any programming languages with high aptitude with strong desire/capability to quickly learn new technologies. Ø Work closely with other offshore Admins & Developers to quickly learn & develop the required technical skills along with the functional knowledge. Ø Regularly connect with the onshore counterpart and the other peers across other delivery centers globally and ensure all the deliverables are aligned to the final delivery goals. Ø Strong desire/capability to quickly learn new technologies, self-contribute & ready to upskill. Ø Build and leverage reusable code & libraries for global harmonization and future reuse/extension. Ø Partner with the testing team to ensure applications/components are fully functional. Ø Should be able to effectively coordinate with other offshore developers and accelerate on the delivery of the expected development tasks. Ø Should be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to directly talk to the onshore developers. Ø Should be able to demonstrate and explain the functionality outcome of solution implementations. Ø Should be able to clearly document Knowledge Base Docs, SOPs, Solutions, and guidelines for local and global teams. Ø Effective and clear communication from/to the technical team for any issues that may affect the deliverables & timelines. Ø Coordinate and ensure all the standard documentations such as SDD, Configuration tracker, Deployment checklists, Change Requests, Testing, ITQM, SIS/SIP, etc. are documented and continuously maintained. Ø Ensure to effectively use the CI/CD processes to streamline and integrate with the Agile ways of working/delivery. Ø Should be able to closely work with multiple peers spread across different locations globally (BMS and Service providers). Desired Experience Required: Ø Bachelor’s degree in any technology field/subject. Ø 1-2 years of total IT experience in Software Development in any programming, Administration/Support of any applications. Ø Knowledge in (i) Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, (ii) different testing standards and guidelines, and (iii) Cloud and native applications. Ø At least 1 any Software Development Certifications. Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ø Strong written and communication skills. Ideal Candidates Would Also Have: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Ø Working experience in Software Development in any programming. Ø Working experience or knowledge in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries. Ø Knowledge on the industry standard Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira), requirement grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, tasks creation, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ø Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with offshore/onshore and broad matrix team and ability to influence others and achieve results.#HYDIT #LI-Hybrid
