Must have experience in PHP (Laravel/ CodeIgnitor/ symfony) HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap/Foundation etc.
Designing technical manuals using simple language.
Performing role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily.
Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms in Layman’s language.
Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and lead the team effectively.
Strong Management and leadership skills and ability to work well with people at all levels in the organization.
Complete responsibility for the execution of projects.
Strong organizational, planning and motivational skills are desired.
Able to train juniors effectively and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
