Job Purpose
Managing Derivatives & FX Corporate desk to ensure smooth and error free functioning of Treasury Operations
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure a seamless Operation’s delivery platform for the Treasury Businesses, through timely and zero-defect transaction processing in the Unit while performing daily BAU
• Assist the Unit head in all regulatory, internal, client, audit, and daily deliverables
• Review underlying documentation received for each transaction and authorize the trades as per regulatory timelines & perform other BAU activities
• Partner with business in launching new products and enhancing customer experience on evolved products. Provide strategic and tactical support to business on day-to-day basis
• Monitor adherence to applicable regulations and internal Bank policies. Work closely with Risk & control functions to identify and timely highlight any risks
• Ensure clean audits and successful regulatory reviews
• Interface with, and have cordial professional relationships with the various external and internal stakeholders – such as the Dealers, Treasury Front Office, Compliance, Finance, Client, RMs. & other Operation units
• Candidate needs to have Fintech mindset to drive process improvements to handle higher volumes with the existing resources as well as suggest technology initiatives and implementation plans to build in process efficiency in Operations
• Develop and implement technology solutions for automation of existing manual processes at the same time maintain pristine control environment

Requirements
• 10-12 years of operations management experience within market operations and banking industry
• Experience of managing complex suite of market products and deep knowledge of product dynamics
• Experience of designing processes to launch new products and subject matter expertise in markets
• Thorough knowledge of prevailing regulations pertaining to Derivatives & Corporate FX
• Proven ability to manage, partner and drive complex projects with internal technology departments and/or third-party vendors
• Strong execution orientation with a proven and demonstrated track record of results in the management and transformation of Product capabilities
• Knowledge and experience of managing crisis and contingency scenarios
• An abled leader, able to motivate peers to perform under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good command over Ms Excel
• Good presentation skills
• People management experience and consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skill
Education
• Graduation Degree. Professional qualifications like MBA(Finance) or FRM would be added advantage
