Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels
Job Purpose
To review Product-Processes, identify gaps and define solutions which exist in the current operating environment. Work closely with different stakeholders to provide differentiated customer experience across multiple digital platforms
Key Accountabilities
• Ability to understand current process mapping and existing controls
• Identify gaps if any in existing processes- manual breaks, handoffs, weak controls
• Work with Risk assessment team for across Products/Processes
• Create high quality documentation such as process maps for reviews conducted
• Solution oriented with an understanding on various options available for automation
• Ability to manage multiple projects across Operations team
• Prepare and deliver training materials for the project, provide training to the operation staffs to ensure proper knowledge transfer
• Guide the team in creating user stories as per Agile methodology
• Set up the E2E product-process guidelines
Job Duties & responsibilities
• Ensure quality of review, gap analysis and proposed solution
• Understanding of Payment and Trade processes or Consumer or Treasury including regulatory guidelines/requirements
• Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder and obtain their agreement on any suggestions/ gaps identified as part of any reviews conducted
Required Experience
• Overall experience of 6 to 10 years in the Financial Services industry.
• Deep Banking domain experience is mandatory in Corporate Banking or Consumer Banking
• Good analytical skills, detail oriented, keen eye to detect and analyse gaps
• Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Post -graduation from recognised university.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
• Understanding of Payment and Trade processes including regulatory guidelines/requirements\
• Clear understanding of banking products, systems, controls, capabilities, and limitations
Technical Competencies
• Ability to use various Microsoft Office Tools for day-to-day functions

• An individual contributor with capability to manage stakeholder expectations across Operations & Technology
