Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Description Users main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: Ensure Service Level Agreements for the process on turnaround and accuracy are met as agreed upon with the client. Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures (Local and Global). Authorizing letter of credit, import/export L/C and collection bills, banker's guarantee Scrutinizing documents under export/import LC including confirmed LC Co-ordinating with internal and external stake holders to fulfill client expectations and to handle escalations Knowledge of Reconciliation, SFMS Forex payments, SWIFT etc. Monitor performance of sub-ordinates with ongoing feedback and training.
