Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
• Responsible to support growth plans of bank with respect to real estate infrastructure, with continual value addition process
Key Accountabilities
• Plan, manage and execute, fitouts projects or new office space requirement
• Conceptualize and spearhead infrastructure rollout for new office spaces, branch licences etc
• Cross departmental coordination for efficient and effective delivery
• Adherence to laid processes, with continual optimization for improved TAT
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver all real-estate projects ( retail / office ) in an efficient manner
• Identify project requirements and issues with internal customer
• Ensure adequate project resourcing and smooth engagement with all
• internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all processes and templates are complied with in managing projects
• Manage communication channels between all stakeholders
• Chair and report regular meetings to provide updates
• Ensure timely and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cash flows,
• Presentations and approvals
• Present to internal customer’s strategic reviews and real-estate opportunities
• such as cost savings plans, best practices, master planning and overall
• Portfolio strategies
• Provide a value add service to the general transaction process
• KPIs / Master Agreement Reporting requirements
• Implementation of Best Practices
• Cost savings initiatives
• Budgets / forecast accuracy
• Facility management exposure to offices and branch, would be a advantage
