Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Key Responsibilities:handling back-end operations with good communication and interpersonal skills.handling and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Managing service providers for the operations and direct responsibility for their performance.Identifying and resolving operational issues related to vendors and ensuring resolution.Preparing the billing and supporting document details in line with SLA monitoring of the service provider, following internal approval mechanism.Requirements:Graduate degree.10 years of industrywide experience (Preferable ATM Industry)Knowledge in cash management is preferable.Strong team player with good communication skillExpertise MS office (Excel, Power point)Pro-active, independent, resourceful, and able to work in a teamDecision making abilitiesHigh attention to detail with focus on understanding the issues with finding solutions
