Minimum of 1+ year of experience in International Customer service
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
· Minimum of 1+ year of experience with International BPM/ITES/BPS
· Proficient computer skills and ability which allow you to use computers and related technology. Typically, basic computer skills include word processing, managing computer files, and creating presentations. Advanced computer skills include managing databases and running calculations in spreadsheets.
· Ability to multi-task, and adapt to a fast phase environment
