The position requires a candidate with multiple talents, including management and hiring an HR team, handling compliance related to finance and accounting, creating an impressive pitch deck for investors, preparing cash flow documents for investors, and participating in marketing and sales strategic planning.
This position requires a candidate who is dynamic in nature, excels in problem-solving, is proficient with numbers, and is eager to play a role in changing the overall business dynamics by offering innovative ideas.
The position does not offer a high fixed salary; the fixed salary will be in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 monthly. However, you will be eligible for various incentives, Employee Stock Ownership and Appreciation Plan (ESOAP), and additional time-bound performance-oriented benefits.
Candidates with a B.Tech-MBA background or a multi-disciplinary educational and work experience can apply for the position.
