For more information, visit www.datavail.com.Position: Associate Systems AdministratorLocation: Mumbai Education: Bachelor’s degree (Technical) Experience: · At least 8 to 10 years of experience in end user IT support with basic Active Directory, Exchange, server, Antivirus, Citrix, and networking knowledge. Skills: In-depth Windows Server (2016 and 2026) and Win10, High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery.Hands-on experience with configuration management required (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)Skills: Exchange, Security products, MCSE, AWS, Hyper -V, Nutanix, Citrix, SAN, NAS, virtual Platform experienceITIL, Cisco IPT preferredExtensive experience troubleshooting complex issuesAbility to install and manage multiple application environmentsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesIn-depth knowledge of Server hardwareIn-depth networking backgroundVPN Endpoint troubleshooting As Required Including But Not Limited To:Hardware and infrastructureThird party application support Job Functions:Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.)Installation and configuring network services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print in windows ServersConfiguration Management using Ansible, terraform.Support cloud infrastructure in AWS and AzureHands on experience on Backup and restore technologyHandle complex IT projects and rolloutsConfigure, manage, and maintain Hyper-V and Nutanix clustersConfigure and manage AntivirusO365 configuration and managementVPN configuration and managementMonitoring and configuring logging of devices, endpointsConfiguring and managing Storages as SAN, NASTroubleshooting issues on replication at windows and storage levelPerformance monitoring of servers (Disk space, usage, CPU & Memory usages)New server VM builds & in-place OS upgradesTroubleshooting AD replication issues.Managing AD, GPO, DNS & DHCPServer Management using iLOHandling ticket escalations and participation in rotating 24x7 on-call scheduleFollowing ITIL Processes (Change Management, Incident Management & Problem Management etc.) Certifications desirable:· Citrix, Nutanix, AWS, Azure
