Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our Talent Operations (TO) team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on managing large datasets and ensuring 100% data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities cover managing onboarding and orientation, processing payroll and benefits, handling employee certifications, and providing timely resolution for all employee helpdesk tickets and queries and maintaining accuracy for talent operations workflows.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources(Operations), with a distinct advantage for those skilled in managing the employee onboarding journey and proven track record of handling high-volume data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onboarding and orientation: Responsible for conducting onboarding and orientation for joiners, resolving their queries and handholding them through the onboarding process.
• Background Verification: Conduct and manage all pre-employment background checks and verification processes.
• Employee benefits management: Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and resolving related employee inquiries.
• Employee Query Resolution & Helpdesk Management: Provide timely resolution of employee concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Intern management: Manage the full intern lifecycle, including, onboarding, leave tracking, and offboarding.
• Payroll data updation: Accurately update and maintain employee payroll data and records for processing.
• License Certification: Manage and track all employee professional license and certification processes.
• TO Process Accuracy: Act as the primary gatekeeper for data accuracy within Talent Operations. Audit workflows to ensure information flowing from onboarding to payroll is error-free.
• General HR Operations: Support various administrative HR functions to enhance operational efficiency. To handle escalations with the processes handled by the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.

• Experience in conducting onboarding and orientation processes.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, HR tools and organizing shared drives.
