$175,000 - $275,000 per year
Job Description
As a tax credit attorney at our company, you will be responsible for representing developer, syndicator, and/or direct investor clients in tax credit or community development related transactions. You will participate in non-tax credit related community development and real estate projects, and handle transactions involving Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, and energy-related tax credits.

- Prior law firm experience
- Expertise in representing clients in tax credit or community development related transactions
