Key responsibilities:
1. Connect with leads, retailers & institutions to promote our product range.
2. Explain product features, usage, pricing & offers persuasively.
3. Follow up on inquiries, collect requirements & convert leads into orders.
4. Maintain call logs, feedback & CRM updates.
5. Achieve weekly/monthly sales & conversion targets.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
