At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Upper Extremities team in Auckland. This is an exciting entry point into medical device sales for someone who is motivated by challenge, enjoys competition and is eager to build a long-term career in medtech.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team led by a manager who takes an individualised approach to development, focusing on each person’s strengths and how they can grow. You’ll receive strong support and guidance, while being trusted to take ownership of your learning and performance.

The role is primarily based in Auckland, with regular travel to Hamilton as part of the territory.

What you’ll do:

Support surgeons in theatre during upper extremity procedures

Provide clinical and technical support to hospital teams

Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff

Work closely with your Territory Manager to execute territory plans

Learn to analyse numbers, track performance and support sales activity

Identify opportunities to grow the Upper Extremities portfolio

Deliver product education and in-servicing to hospital teams

Manage sets, stock and case preparation across the territory

Who you are:

Comfortable with numbers and interested in the commercial side of sales

Previous sales or healthcare experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
