Role and Responsibilities
Own and drive Bank Reconciliation for TCFSL, TCHFL, TCCL
Disbursement & Collection bank reconciliation for all banks
Control GL’s reconciliation
Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: Collections, Central Ops, finance, IT) for smooth and timely bank recon.
Manage all Audit exercise (Internal and external)
Manage our banker relations.
Build culture of 100% automation.
Design quality framework
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduation, full time MBA desirable
10 years of experience in Bank Reconciliation in a large financial institution
Experience in managing high volume of transactions
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Problem solving abilities
Understanding of retail asset operations
Conversance with technology in finance
Understanding of Operations risk and its mitigants
