Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Consumer Banking Group.
• Identify and understand clients' financial needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional banking services and solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
• Prepare and present financial proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our banking services.
Skills and Qualifications
• 6-12 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role in banking or finance.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
