Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProficiency with browser-based debuggingUnderstanding of progressive web appsExperience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)Experience using GitDevelop new components and features for our frontend app(s)Write, audit, and improve test coverageDocument and refactor frontend codebaseProfile and improve frontend performanceRequirementsDevelop the next generation of our apps using tools such as React.js, Redux, NPM and Webpack.Be familiar with React and its ecosystem. Past experience with React is a must.Overall with 7 years experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript2 years' experience working with any JavaScript framework/library, preferably ReactIn-depth understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (pre-processors LESS/SASS) and relevant concepts
