Techolution is looking for an energetic Associate US Technical Recruiter to assist with guiding candidates through a top-notch application process and to work with existing teams to help coordinate the recruiting efforts for the organization. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from a small close-knit team in a fast-paced environment as we grow our brands across the organization.
Job Title: Associate US Technical Recruiter
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Complete Remote work
Working hours : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
Pls Note , This is a Inhouse or Product Hiring role.
Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting work flow in the US IT Staffing.
• Must bring prior expertise on Full Time, W-2 contracts & contracts to hire placements.
• Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents.
• Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through the Various job Boards(Dice), LinkedIn and references.
• Good understanding of Tax Terms W2/10++/C2C.
• Must have experience in creating Boolean search strings based on the job descriptions for resume searches on the job boards.
• Experience in recruiting UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, AI, Machine Learning, Backend, frontend, FullStack, Blockchain, DevOps is highly desired.
• Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.
• Should have good interpersonal skills, written and great communication skills.
• Open for Flexible Working Hours.
• Strong Technical Understanding about the Technical Roles/Skills
• An aggressive team player, Self-motivated & Starter.
• Experience in Product & In house Hiring will be a plus.
• Excellent Communication & Written Skills.
