Schedule: Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary ($115,000 to $135,000) + Production Bonuses

A friendly, collaborative small animal general practice in Miami, Florida is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a close-knit, multi-doctor team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian with 2+ years of experience who is comfortable with routine surgeries and looking to continue building confidence, skill, and career momentum in a supportive environment.
You’ll be welcomed into a practice where collaboration is the norm, mentorship is available, and your input truly matters. There is also the opportunity to gain additional experience by supporting a nearby sister hospital, adding further variety and professional growth.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality medical care to small animal patients
• Perform routine surgeries with confidence; advanced procedures supported
• Interpret diagnostic results to guide accurate treatment plans
• Educate clients and build long-term, trusting relationships
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
• Contribute to medical standards and clinical protocols
Candidate Profile
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
• 2+ years of clinical experience in small animal practice
• Comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgeries
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
• Able to lift 40+ lbs
• Willing to work weekends
