Strategy
• Leads a variety of types of Service management design initiatives.
• Trains others to identify and implement required infrastructure to support specific processes.
• Assesses potential implications of Service Management for multiple functions or departments.
• Demonstrates mastery of plausible solutions to each use-case.
• Redesigns or enhances workflows to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participates in the design and implementation of a supporting organizational structure.
Business and Process
• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
• Project Management Experience for more than 10 years leading complex projects in an Agile methodology
• Should be capable of managing multiple projects parallelly.
• Stakeholder engagements should be impeccable; Regular updates to management on the progress of various projects is expected
• Should be keen to understand the various product features and the business requirements and translate them into user stories as required.
• Be the conduit to drive the Projects wherein multiple tech teams are involved for Integrations
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications ( ITSM and Custom App)
• More than 10 years of IT experience in multiple roles of SDLC
Basic Product understanding of the following activities
• Experience in Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications. Experience in Reporting & Performance Analytics
• Experience in UI Pages/Macros, Menus, Widgets, knowledge of OOB widgets and custom widgets, Catalogue Items, Record Producers, Workspace, Workflows, Flow designers, Flow Actions, Integration Hub, Spokes, REST/SOAP API Solutioning
• Suitable experience in documentation of solutions provided. Experience with UML/Data Flow/Sequence diagrams
• Custom App RAIC building and App Documentation.
• Experience in Service Portal with JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets
• Experience in Application Development on ServiceNow, Experience in App Designer, Application Scope Access Controls
• Experience in UI Scripts, UI Policies, UI Policy Actions, Variables, Variable Sets, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX
• Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs, ServiceNow best practices
• Certifications: CSA, Certified Application Developer, CIS-ITSM
• Good to have Cert: Certified Master Architect
• Experience in Integrations with various applications with advanced high security limitations
• Should possess a basic understanding of functions of each Global Process Organization
• Should be able to understand the requirements of business and provide the right solution in ServiceNow
• Should be aware of the various solutions that exist for each use-case and be able to recommend the best solution for the process
• Should be able to manage a group of developers and train business resources on App engine Studio

• Responsibility to review team structure/capacity plans.
• Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives

• Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of my role. Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Groups policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed, and misconduct appropriately dealt with.

• Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas;
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Lead the Process Optimization for specific GPO to achieve the outcomes set out
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
