Responsible for the delivery and meeting SLAs in Resourcing operations for SCB Singapore
• Responsible for the management of all resource and operational activities for SCB Singapore
• Ensure the operational effectiveness of the process and ensure all the Risk and Compliance agenda are met
• Leads and inspires a team of professionals, ensuring that there is a focus on quality and improvement at all times
• Responsible to build and make us an Employer of Choice
• Mentoring and coaching people
• Driving close analysis of process effectiveness data to ensure workloads are even
• Working closely with direct reports to ensure all roles are success planned and that there is a robust approach to workload distribution, ensuring healthy workload balances
• Ensuring policy, process and system knowledge and capability are at the highest level
• Ensuring close attention is paid to data analysis in order to drive the most efficiency from the team
• Adopting a continuous improvement approach towards the team and it's processes
