The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
• Exhibit qualities which demonstrate the group’s strategy.
• To treat Customer’s with Human touch and understand the importance at every business stage.
• To support strategic intent, on the growth of business, cross functional advantage and work on cost efficiency.
Performance Management
• Define, develop and implement metrics to track business performance and employee performance.
• Lead Work force management for GBS and countries and GBS. Roll out and review workforce optimization reports to leads for effective workforce utilisation.
• Lead capacity model maintenance for country and GBS
• Support operational planning by developing metrics for measurement. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to data and dashboards
• Support Regional COO in transforming the Trade Operations into best-in-class Trade Ops shop with best-in-class turnaround times, controls, and standards so as to provide market best client service, and predictable turnaround times in a manner that the risks, if any, are clearly understood and managed
• Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
• Be an invaluable partner to facilitate sound business decision making
Process Improvement
• Contribute to business efficiencies by identifying opportunities for rationalisation and process simplification basis capacity model reviews
• Track delivery of opportunities identified with Regional COO, Country head/GBS regional heads.
• Identify opportunities for reducing Turn around time
• Lead Profitability and unit cost computation and identify thematic opportunities
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, engender trust with stakeholders and advise operations on the potential implications of stakeholder priorities
Governance
• Lead cycle time governance framework for Country and GBS operations
• Adopt Best in class Capacity Models across countries and GBS.
• Design and implementation of Transparent Performance Metrics.
• Represent Trade Ops in relevant forums.
• Regular review of business performance metrics including Key Performance Index (KPI), Cost per transaction and take appropriate steps with relevant teams (Group, Region & Country) immediately upon detection of anomalies.
Stakeholder Management
• Building strong stakeholder relationships both at senior level, influencing people with different agendas to adopt new concepts and different ways of working
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, engender trust with stakeholders and advise operations on the potential implications of stakeholder priorities
