JOB TITLE: Associate Visual Designer
LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a mid-level visual designer with expertise in Figma. You will help us in our internal and client projects. We highly value craft expertise, and we love to see strong product thinking as well.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps and any other devices
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch points
• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups
• Design logos, icons and infographics
• Create and organize design assets
• Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
• Deep understand of usability, accessibility and web standards
• Create and managing design systems
• Designing components, and tokens on Figma
• A keen eye for aesthetics & attention to detail
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Take in constructive feedback and produce quality work
• Work cross-functionally with engineering & design teams
SOFT SKILLS:
• A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with transitions, motion design and dynamic interaction
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
• The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
