Associate Visual Design (BFA/Graphic Design freshers)
Job description
We are looking for a passionate and imaginative Associate Visual Designer to join our creative team. If you’re a recent design graduate bursting with ideas and eager to begin your corporate journey, this is your opportunity to grow and make an impact. You’ll work alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams to bring fresh perspectives to digital experiences, brand identities, and marketing campaigns. Inviting fresher applications from recent graduates in Applied Fine Arts (BFA), B.Des or Graphic Design degree holders, Visual Advertising background students for an entry-level designer position.
What you will do:
Assist in designing visuals for websites, social media, branding, presentations, and marketing materials while learning to align with brand guidelines and user needs.
Contribute innovative concepts and design ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
Use typography, colour, imagery, and layout to help create engaging, memorable designs that communicate clearly.
Work closely with design mentors, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into creative solutions.
Create mock-ups and basic prototypes, and refine designs based on feedback and review cycles.
Assist in maintaining visual consistency across platforms and contribute to the evolving design system.
Requirements & Skills
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field
0 To 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design (projects, internships or freelance work acceptable)
Good understanding of design principles - typography, layout, colour theory, and composition
Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or similar design platforms
Enthusiastic about growing in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, and excited to learn from peers and seniors
Eye for detail, passion for quality, and a desire to continuously improve
Strong team player with good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
