About Business line/Function :
The Client Referential team in ISPL is responsible for processing of creation and updates of Referential Data of Counterparts and other Static Data modules and ensure permanent quality of these data contained in the Global Referential database, i.e., CRDS and other systems that require client level information updated, across multiple countries and regions, viz. APAC, EMEA and North America.

Position Purpose
Resource will be a part of the Reference Data team within Client Engagement & Protection (CEP).
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Participate and manage multiple projects to respect regulator's rules, identify reconciliation breaks and improve quality of Referential data in Database
• Collaborate closely with Onshore to develop a strong expertise and through specific analysis, manage and coordinate mapping and reconciliations to provide clean data to both Database Users and Client Referential Management on the basis of legal sources, regulatory requirements and business needs
• Maintain Referential Data listed in primary and other downstream systems, with respect to the operational procedures and service agreements
• Follow standard procedure and ensure accurate information is setup for the client
• Carry out verification of requests processed to ensure optimum quality
• Train new staff on procedure and best practices
• Participate in each UAT period before the implementation of a new release in production and propose enhancements for data management
Contributing Responsibilities
• Provide production and quality of service towards multiple Business lines/functions and in turn to External customers
• Active participation in regular review of operational procedural changes /requirements during processing function / staff meetings
• Active participation in Projects / System Changes / UAT / new system implementation when required
• Contribute to develop & propose ideas for a better partnership with Business and On-shore
• Prepare MIS/KPI reports as and when required or requested by stakeholders
