Opening : Investment Banking-Private Equity Analyst
Location : Delhi
Company : One of the leading Investment Bank
Role Summary
• Work as part of the internal deal team, on key aspects related to target company's positioning, valuation and structuring options
• Create deal documentation including but not limited to investment memoranda, briefing documents and periodic updates (monthly/ quarterly - for internal as well as external communication)
• Support evaluation and execution of the due diligence process, leveraging internal and external subject matter experts as required
• Build an understanding of the PE regulatory restrictions/options for investment structures/ standard legal principles and apply knowledge to recommend ideas/find solutions
• Support in portfolio company management to achieve business plans and assist in building exit strategies (as required)
• Continuously evaluate the environment to benchmark the performance of the portfolio companies with its peers
• Build favorable relationships at the appropriate level within the portfolio companies
• Assist the team in preparing presentations/documentation for interactions with multiple internal and external stake-holders
Here Are Some Important Things To Consider
• We are looking for Graduate/PostGraudates candidates from good colleges
• Prior Private Equity/Investment Banking/ related financial services experience (at least 6 months) is required
• The team is based out of Delhi - must be currently based out of Delhi / willing to relocate to Delhi as required
• Should be a self-starter with a high energy level, and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent written spoken English is a must
• Client is looking for Graduates/PostGraduates and CA only.
