About your new role:
● Maintaining the contacts flow by calling the new prospect leads.
● Maintaining monthly and quarterly targets with MOM growth of 10-15%.
● Discussing and taking lead on making new processes. Later executing them.
● Understanding the business and pivoting processes to achieve conversion targets.
● Any other task assigned by the Manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
● 1-2 years of experience in a calling role.
● Excellent communication and convincing skills.
● Enthusiastic and result oriented.
● Strong multitasking, time management, and data management skills.
● Graduate in any discipline.
Only 1-2 days office rest can do work from home.
