Job Description
Achieving SLA/KPI's by - Reconciling stores Tender A/c with credits received in Tesco bank accounts from issuers/3rd party service providers.
Ensuring all differences are investigated & resolved to minimize tender losses.
Maintaining regular communication with Store colleagues; 3rd party service provider; banks & other Finance teams on operational aspects.
Promptly resolve queries from Store Colleagues on tender losses & Cash in Transit (CIT)
- Posting Period close transactions; ensuring any accounting errors are resolved before close - Generate ideas for operational improvements by applying Continuous Improvement
Generate automation opportunities to simplify operations; improve First Time Right; reduce compliance effort
Providing support to Lead; Manager to analyze and generate insights for reducing tender losses
Support Internal; Group & ad-hoc audit requests for data
Building in depth understanding of Tesco processes & business priorities
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence - Having fun; contributing to making C2C a happy place to work
Qualifications
- Basic MS-Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook Mails - Eye to detail - Stakeholder management - Written & oral communication with stakeholders
- Preferred qualification - Graduate in Commerce
