Role Description
This is a full-time Associate -Medical Coding Analytics role at R1 RCM located in Gurugram. As an Associate - Coding Analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing medical codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role involves working on-site in Gurugram .
Qualifications
• Proficiency in medical coding and knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing medical records
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in medical coding
• Experience with coding analytics and data analysis
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with coding team
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred
